LITTLE TIGERS KARATE PROGRAM
For ages 30 months to 6 years old. This age-appropriate extra-curricular program has a fun, safe, and positive learning environment where children develop coordination, mental focus, respect, self-control, goal setting, and physical fitness through basic martial arts training.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

- Print and fill out form completely.
- Scan and email completed form to covert@iteachkarate.com or return to instructor directly.
- Make first month’s tuition payment online.
- Pay subsequent monthly tuition online by the same start date.
