For Childcare Directors,
I understand three very important principles a vendor should practice. You want a vendor with a program that the child and parent will enjoy so the child will want to stay in “karate class” and stay in your school. This is your business, I need to be as professional as you expect your employees to be. To this end, I try to make my classes fun for the children while building actual skills. You want the same instructor for all the classes, just as the children in your school have the security of the same teacher, I guarantee I teach all my classes. If I miss I re-schedule or give a twenty five percent discount the following month.
Safety is a priority.
The class does not require uniforms.
The children do not spar.
Class size is six to eight children per class for children ages thirty months up to six years old.
A small area of approximately fifteen by fifteen feet square is needed.
